We offer an Extended Learning Program every day from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. as a way to continue your child’s learning and to prepare them for a longer school day. Children will start out with an hour of play in the Family Life Center, followed by a social lunch break. After lunch, there will be an hour of teaching, a brief rest period, and the day is finished with another playground time session. Each part of the day works to build up the gross and fine motor, developmentally appropriate learning and social skills necessary for Kindergarten. The cost of the program is very affordable at approximately $6 per hour.
Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are invited to join KEP classes. We have developed a cutting-edge, integrated program to help support these special children in our classes. Our teaching staff are trained in ASD-specific, evidenced-based strategies. Our ASD consultative team includes:
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and 1:1 Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through our working relationship with Behavior Therapy International.
Carrie Bruey, Program Supervisor for Autism Solutions, who brings over 30 years of experience serving children on the autism spectrum.
