KEP offers classes for 2-year-old through Pre-K. Our classes are developmentally appropriate for the age of the child. We utilize a variety of resources for our curriculum for example: the PA State Standards for Early Childhood, Heggarty Phonemic Awareness, Wee Learn Curriculum, Essentials Curriculum, Scholastic Curriculum, the Web, and many other resources. Even though we have the following set days for our classes, we are flexible to meet families’ needs.

Monday/Wednesday
Tuesday/Thursday
The goals of the two-year old program are to help the children feel comfortable in unfamiliar situations, to socialize with others, and to gain a feeling of safety when away from home and family. Children will be introduced to pre-literacy and math skills, colors, and shapes. Their Bible curriculum integrates developmentally appropriate activities, Bible Stories, songs and finger plays. This class comes for two days per week.
Three Year Old Program
Must be three by Sept. 1
Tuesday/Thursday
Monday/Wednesday/Friday
The development of socialization skills is an integral part of our students growth. The children learn to interact with their peers and teachers by communicating their needs, ideas, concerns, and frustrations. They also learn to respect their classmates as well as their teachers. In addition to the focus on social skills, we introduce an academic program which includes pre-reading, basic math, letter recognition, shapes, colors, and sequencing. Fine and gross motor activities help children be ready for the various tasks. Bible lessons are taught through Bible stories, life lessons and chapel. We offer a two-day and three-day program.
Pre-K Program

Pre-K is an integrated curriculum consisting of Bible, pre-reading, journaling, word walls, pre-math, fine and gross motor development, social studies, science, art, and music. We offer a three-day and four-day program. Regardless of which class you choose, your child will be prepared for Kindergarten.
