Kids Express Preschool Enrollment Application

Please complete the form below which will register your child for the 2017-2018 school year. Your enrollment process will not be complete until your $55.00 registration fee (one per family) is received in the KEP office. Make your check out to KEP and send to 300 Willow Valley Sq., Lancaster, PA 17602 or drop it off at the church/KEP office.

Select the class that your child will be enrolling for 2018-2019 school year. They must be the age of the class by Sept. 1 (which follows the district guidelines in Lancaster County for entry to Kindergarten). All Classes meet 2.5 hours.

Payment Information: Please send the $55 registration fee (1 per family) to the KEP Office C/O Mrs. Youtz 300 Willow Valley Sq. Lancaster, PA 17602. Once your application and registration fee is received you will be registered for the class.
Scholarship Information: If you are requesting scholarship monies, you can download the form from the website and mail the required information to the KEP office with your registration monies. The Scholarship Committee will review your request and email you with the response.
